Product Return Policy

Return Conditions

  • Return of Intact Products : Food products must be returned in their original, unopened and intact packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. This is to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Quality Defects : If you receive a food product that you believe does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing details and, if possible, photographs of the defect. We will evaluate each case to offer a refund, a product exchange or a credit on your next purchase.
  • Temperature-Sensitive and Perishables : Products that require temperature-controlled storage are generally not eligible for return unless they have arrived damaged or faulty. In such cases, please contact us immediately to arrange a suitable solution.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact Customer Service : Before making a return, contact our customer service via the form below to communicate your intention to return the product and the reasons for the return.
  2. Confirmation and Return Instructions : You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the address to which to ship the product and the information necessary to acknowledge your return.
  3. Product Shipping : It is the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping and cover the costs thereof, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  4. Receipt and Inspection : Upon receipt of the returned product, we will proceed with an inspection to verify that the return conditions have been met.
  5. Refund or Replacement : Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method or, if you prefer, a replacement.

Food safety is our top priority. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse the return of food products that do not meet the above conditions or that, in our discretion, may pose a safety and hygiene risk.
