Fileja – Artisanal Calabrese Pasta (500g)
Artisanal pasta typical of Calabria, made with durum wheat semolina and water, according to traditional methods. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried, it has a rough surface that holds sauces perfectly. The elongated, rolled shape ensures excellent cooking resistance. Ideal with simple tomato-based sauces or richer toppings like ragù, mushrooms, or sausage. 500g pack.
