The ingredients speak for themselves: tuna 52%, olive oil 33%, 'nduja 12% (Italian pork meat and fat, sweet and spicy chili pepper, salt), iodized sea salt.

The tuna raw material is processed in Italy from tuna of EU and non-EU origin. The fishing area is indicated on the packaging. (Any small white formations inside the product are completely natural and result from the combination of the liquids released by the tuna with the lipid part of the 'nduja).
