Carnaroli Rice

Carnaroli rice 1kg is a superfine, low-stickiness rice , considered one of the best rices in Italy.

Thanks to its roasting and its ability to always remain al dente, it is one of the favorite varieties of haute cuisine.

It is a firm rice , excellent for risottos, considered the “prince” of rice : it loses little starch but has a good capacity to absorb liquids during cooking.

Characteristics : large, tapered grains that absorb condiments perfectly. Widely used for risotto in all preparations.
